1. General Policy
- All cancellations must be requested in writing (email).
- Cancellation date is considered as the date we receive your request.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–30 working days depending on suppliers.
- All bookings are subject to supplier policies (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.).
2. Flight Bookings ✈️
- Airline tickets are governed by airline fare rules.
- Many discounted fares are non-refundable.
- Cancellation charges include airline cancellation fee + agency service fee ($500–$1000 per passenger).
- Changes/cancellations close to departure (4–24 hrs) may need to be handled directly with the airline.
3. Hotel Bookings 🏨
- Cancellation depends on hotel plocy / rate type.
- Refundable rates → free cancellation till a specific date
- Non-refundable rates → no refund
- No-show = 100% charge
- Agency service fee may apply on cancellation
4. Cruise Vacations 🚢
- Cruise cancellations are stricter
- 90+ days: 10–30% charges
- 60–90 days: 30–50%
- 30–60 days: 50–75%
- Less than 30 days: 100% cancellation
5. Car Rentals 🚗
- Free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before pickup (varies)
- Late cancellation / no-show → full charge may apply
6. Visa & Insurance
- Visa fees, insurance charges, and service fees are 100% non-refundable
- Visa rejection = treated as normal cancellation (charges apply)
7. No Show Policy
- If the traveler does not show up:
- 100% of booking cost will be charged
- No refund on unused services
8. Force Majeure (Unavoidable Situations)
- Includes natural disasters, war, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.
- Refund depends on:
- Airline / hotel / cruise policy
- Not guaranteed
- Agency is not liable for full refunds in such cases.
9. Important Notes
- Cancellation charges may include
- Supplier penalties
- Agency service fees
- Taxes & processing charges
- Some special deals (promo fares, group bookings) are 100% non-refundable
10. Optional: Travel Insurance (Recommended)
- Customers are advised to take travel insurance
- “Cancel for Any Reason” policies may refund 50–75% of cost
